HATHA YOGA
Take time for yourself
The Hatha yoga that I offer is postural Hatha. I take particular care to support my students by giving them as many corrections as possible if necessary and being able to practice yoga while respecting the body. The postural advice that I can give is useful both in yoga classes on the mat and also in everyday life.

YOGA DANCE
Calm mind and moving body
No need to have knowledge of dance to practice dance yoga! My classes revolve around a gentle muscular and respiratory awakening, exercises to awaken the spine, a flow of yoga postures, gentle core exercises then a small choreography made of yoga postures done in movement in the fluidity.

YIN YOGA
Find inner calm
Come discover or re-discover Yin Yoga... The objective being to have a gentle practice and to slow down with a meditative approach. Even if we do not (voluntarily) use the muscles, we strengthen the joints, tendons, ligaments and therefore flexibility... the goal of Yin? Meet yourself and face your emotions.
