Listen to your body

I started by practicing dance by participating in different competitions and following professional training. Then, I discovered yoga to relieve pregnancy pain. I quickly associated dance and yoga and I found a common point: using the body and mind in a harmonious way as an aid to managing emotions but also respecting the anatomy of the body to set goals. objectives and achieve them calmly. Then I never left the practice of yoga, it settled into my life and became obvious. This is what I want to pass on to my students: to acquire a better awareness of their body while respecting its capabilities.

Take some time for yourself!

I practice and transmit yoga to all those who wish to take time to listen to their body through a fluid and dynamic practice and then find emotional balance between body and mind during a moment of relaxation and meditation. I am a qualified yoga teacher with 200 hours in Hatha, Vinyasa and 50 hours in Yin yoga. So to each their own yoga!
